Stop wasting money on the right audience at the wrong time

When a house goes on the market, the agent books the cleaner, the stager and the photographer in about a week — usually by asking a group chat and calling whoever answers first. You should be one of the names they already have.

No account, no card. We read what is already public on your site and show you the listing before anything is saved. No website? Start here.

Deepest around Puget Sound today, and opening in more markets — the map below is the real coverage, so you can see whether yours is one of them before you pay.

What your listing is in front of

Agents, and the areas they cover. We would rather you knew the size of it than took our word for it.

And what we are not claiming. We cannot promise you jobs, and we are not going to pretend otherwise: the directory is new and we would be making the number up. You are buying a place where agents look, not a lead count.
Map of ShowingMarket agent coverage around Puget Sound: 33 areas, shaded by how many agents cover each
This is Puget Sound, where coverage is deepest: 33 areas, each one covered by at least two agents, drawn from what they set themselves. Darker means more of them. Outside it we are thin — 25 other areas reach two agents and none has more than 3 — so if your market is not on this map, that is worth knowing before you pay rather than after. Another Puget Sound brokerage is onboarding this month, so expect the shading here to deepen.

What an agent actually sees

Both of these are the product, photographed on 15 October 2026 — not a design of it. The businesses in them are examples.

The services tab inside ShowingMarket: a grid of square listings, each with a logo, what they do, the area they cover and their cheapest price, above category filters showing how many businesses are in each
The tab an agent opens while they are getting a house ready. Filters across the top carry counts, so an empty category is visible before the click rather than after it.
One listing opened: the business name and area, a button through to their own website, Call and Email buttons, and their services with prices
And opened. Your number and your email are buttons on it — that is the whole product, and the line underneath says plainly that whatever you agree is between the two of you.

How the work reaches you

No commission, no fee per enquiry, and nothing to bid on.

They find you by trade

An agent filters the services tab to the trade they need and the area the house is in. If your patch overlaps theirs, you are in that list.

They call you

Your number and email are on the listing. An agent can call from the driveway, and nothing sits between the two of you.

What you quote and what you charge is between you and them. We take no commission, no cut of the job, and nothing per enquiry.

Monthly
$29.99 /month

Free for 30 days, then $29.99 every month — the same price in year three as in month two. We take card details at signup and charge nothing until day 31. Cancel any time, including during the free month.

Yearly
$299 /year

$24.92 a month — two months free against paying monthly. Same 30 days free first. Cancel any time and it stops renewing; the listing runs to the end of the year you have paid for, and we don’t refund part of a year.

What the same money buys elsewhere

You are already paying to get found. This is what it costs in the two places trades usually pay.

The difference is not the price. It is the timing.

An ad can find people who look like your customers. It cannot know that a particular house goes on the market on Thursday, because that is not a demographic — it is a transaction, and the only person who knows it is the agent running it. By the time a homeowner searches for a cleaner, the decision has usually already been made by somebody else.

A listing here is in front of that person, in the week they are deciding, in the tab they have open to get the house ready. We still cannot promise you the work — that part is between you and them.

Questions people ask before paying

I don't have a website. Can I still list?

Yes. The website box is a shortcut, not a requirement — there is a skip under it, and you fill the listing in yourself. Everything else works the same.

Do you take a cut of the work I win?

No. There is no commission, no per-lead charge and no percentage of a job, and there is nowhere in the product that could take one. You pay the subscription and keep everything you earn. What you agree with an agent is between the two of you — we are not party to it.

When does billing start?

When you check out, after you have seen the listing. Nothing is charged while you are filling it in, and you can abandon it at any point up to that screen without leaving a card on file.

How do I cancel?

From your own portal, whenever you like — no email, no phone call. Cancel during the first 30 days and you are never charged at all. After that the listing stays up until the end of the month or the year you have already paid for, and then stops renewing. No contract and no notice period.

Who else is listed in my category?

The directory opened in October 2026, so for most categories and most areas: nobody yet. We would rather tell you that than imply a crowded market you need to beat.

Take it with you

How it works

1
Paste your website

We read what is already public on it and fill in the next step — services, areas, a logo. Nothing is saved until you say so, and you can edit every line. No website is fine; there is a skip.

2
Check it, then pay

You see the listing exactly as an agent will, in both the shapes they see it in, before any money moves. Change anything that is wrong. Pick monthly or yearly at that point — your card is taken then, and nothing is charged for 30 days.

3
Agents in your area find it

It appears in the services tab inside the app, filtered to agents whose patch overlaps yours — the tab they already have open while they are getting a house ready.

4
They call you

Your number and email are on the listing, so an agent can call from the driveway. They can also click through to your site, and we count those — so you can tell whether it is working rather than guess.

Start with step one →

Let’s get started

Three steps, and the card comes last.

  1. 1Paste your website. We read what is already public on it and build the listing for you — services, areas, your logo. No account, no card.
  2. 2Fix anything we got wrong. You see it exactly as an agent will. Every line is yours to edit.
  3. 3Pick monthly or yearly. That is the first time money comes into it. Cancel whenever; your listing runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

We read what's already public on your site to fill in the next step. Nothing is saved until you say so.

Then a person reads it — usually within one business day — and it goes live to agents in the areas you work.
